PSC & Gulf Coast Kiln Walk Presents: Connected

January 13 – March 07, 2025 | Switzer Gallery
In celebration of the 20th Annual Woodstoke Festival of the Gulf Coast Kiln Walk, this exhibition features a collection of artworks from regional, national, and international master ceramic artists such as Akio Takamori, Masayoshi Shimizu, Don Reitz, Gerry Williams, and more. This exhibition will be on display in the Switzer Gallery from January 13 – March 07, 2025.
Included in the exhibition will be artworks from five ceramicists within the Gulf Coast area (Micah Cain, Steve Dark, Maria Spies, Jason Stokes, and Ben Twingley). These artists will partake in a live panel discussion about the ancient art of wood-fired pottery on February 04, 2025 starting @ 5:30pm in the Switzer Lecture Hall (Room 1590). A reception will follow, and the event is free and open to the public!

Kiln Opening and Unloading Attendees are welcome to join the line to view and help unload the kilns. art pieces will be available for sale. Seafood and chili specialty dishes provided by Navarre Garden Club. The suggested $20 donation includes a commemorative bowl made with historical clays from Santa Rosa County.
